I just retired from the practice of Internal Medicine in February 2026.   Although I loved caring for and connecting with my patients (and will miss them very much!), my focus now is caring for my family and Mother Nature.

The natural world brings me so much joy, and the more I pay attention and learn about nature, the more I want to share that joy!

This website and all the social media links were inspired by a friend who encouraged me to develop a platform to share my journey. This is all new to me!  Old dogs can indeed learn new tricks.

I am hoping to entertain, educate, and inspire my fellow nature lovers, and maybe even help someone new see the humor, beauty and awe that Mother Nature has to offer.
