I've always loved plants, and have been a gardener my whole life.  The purpose of this page is to share what I've learned, through trial and error, research, and connecting with other plant lovers.

I have lived and gardened in Ohio, Michigan and New York, but have spent the last decade learning how to garden in Florida.  Mistakes have been made!

My focus now is Florida native plants, but many are also native to the Southeastern US.

There is also much to learn and enjoy here about the importance of growing native plants in general, and strategies to support Mother Nature.
